1.OEKO-TEX Standard 100：For hot water bags made of velvet or silk fabric: Verify that the fabric is free of allergens such as formaldehyde and azo dyes, and the color fastness still meets the standard (≥ grade 4) after 50 washes.
2.Tear strength test (ASTM D1922)
Silicone /TPU material hot water bag: Test tear resistance ≥15N/mm², simulate transportation squeezing or user violent pulling scenarios to ensure “no thread opening and no bag bursting
3.High-temperature and high-pressure aging test (IEC 60216)
Simulate a 5-year service life: Age for 1000 hours in a 70℃ high temperature and 85% humidity environment without bulging or cracking, proving to customers that “the product has a long service life and reduces the cost of after-sales replacement.

Certificate value: If the product contains children’s elements (such as animal shapes, soft color schemes), this certification must be obtained to verify that the fabric is free of irritating dyes and the tensile strength at the seams is ≥50N (to prevent children from tearing apart the threads).
